Hebei Shuanghu Accessories CO.,LTD was founded in 2005,its predecessor is Hebei Beifang Motorcycle Accessories Factury,which was founded in 1990.With more than 20 years efforts continuously,we updated our products according to the market requirements,now we have two ftys and our products cover motorcycle brake shoes,tricycle brake shoes,drum brakes,auto car brake shoes,brake pads,disc brakes and drum brakes etcTricycle and motorcycle brake series fty is nominated supplier of Foton,Zongshen etc,it is located in Hejian city,Hebei province,near to Cangbao expressway,and only about 1 hour from Beijing or Tianjin by car.It occupies the area of 46622sqms,there are 450 employees,which include 4 engineers,20 technicists.There are 10 workshops,5 production lines,the annual production capacity of brake shoes is 4.5million,front and rear drum brake is 6million.With certification of ISO9001:2008 and national industrial production license.
Auto car brake series fty is nominated supplier of Foton,Faw,Mazda etc,it is located in Hengshui city,Hebei province,near to Langshang expressway,and about two and half hours from Shijiazhuang or Tianjin by car.It occupies the area of 132000sqms,there are 300 employees,which include 10 engineers,30 technicists.There are 4 workshops,4 production lines,many imported advanced equipments like automatic weighing machine,BT vacuum mixer,BT three in one grinder,Isobaric hot press etc,the annual production capacity of brake shoes is 1million,brake pads is 1.5million.With certification of ISO/TS 16949:2009,There are about 300 kinds of products with EMARK certification.
